   Payments

All of the photography work is subjected to non-refundable 50% deposit to be covered (paid) upon the booking of the shoot.

The remaining 50% of the total cost as well as any additional costs are to be covered in full , 48 hours before the shoot.

Non-payment of the remaining balance or any additional costs 48 hours before the shoot, will result in the shoot being canceled with no refund of the initial deposit.

  Cancellations

Cancellations made over 48 hours before the shoot will be subjected to a deposit charge but any additional payments (if made) will be refunded.

Cancellations made by Limiter Media will be refunded in full, including the deposit, if an alternative date cannot be arranged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours before the shoot or less, won't be issued with a refund.
In the event of client cancellation of an outdoor shoot, due to adverse weather conditions, submitted 48 hours prior to the shoot, an alternative day of the shoot will be offered or cancelation will not be subjected to charge.

 

In the event of the client not showing up for the shoot, without any acknowledgment, I will wait for 1  hour before leaving the site.
